Fu Yao Suo is a legendary weapon, first wielded by Ne Zha (哪吒 né zhā), with magical binding powers which is used primarily to capture mythical beasts. It was later in the possession of Nv Wa (女娲 nǚ wā) and was said to be able to capture and bind any demon under the sky. 

The rope can extend or shrink in size to make it easy to carry and capture demons of varying size.
